Using herbs in vegan recipes These vegan recipes are some of the more interesting that I made. Even the kids liked them! Some of them, anyway. I am concerned that many vegan recipes tend to call for hot spices to the extent of overpowering any flavour there might have been, also extremely salt-laden and sugar-laden sauces from the supermarket shelves. From a health point of view you would be better to go back to being a carnivore.
