My site is all about including herbs in recipes. All sorts of recipes are included, Vegetarian, Vegan, Chicken, Seafood, Red Meat, Salads, Marinades - there are no sorts of recipes which cannot be enhanced by the addition of herbs, if it is done properly.

So, check out my recipes by all means, hopefully there will be something there to interest you.

But there's a lot more here worth checking out if you have a little time to browse. Learn what health benefits you might expect to derive from different culinary herbs in your diet. If you have a health condition learn which herbs might be of benefit to you.

While there's nothing wrong with using dried herbs, as long as they have been dried properly to retain the essential oils in the herb, there's nothing like using fresh herbs. And I mean fresh herbs from your own garden where you know that there have been no 'nasties', i.e. chemical pesticides and so on, sprayed around. In fact many herbs are insect relellent and can be used to protect other plants in your garden against pests. You can read about all that and lots of growing tips, including growing herbs in my herb spiral, which is for those of you who only have a small garden area, in the 'growing' pages of the site.

And there's stuff about folklore and the history and the origins of the various herbs included. There is information on other uses of herbs (other than culinary and medicinal); there are places where you can submit recipes, contribute to a forum thread or just tell me what you think of me!

So, I hope you don't just whistle past my site...there's a lot of stuff here which should interest you...
