1 lb Medium shrimp; shelled and deveined
Grated zest of 1 large lemon
½ cup Butter
6 Garlic cloves; chopped
½ teaspoon Hot red pepper flakes
2 teaspoon dried oregano
½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
½ cup finely chopped fresh basil
2 whole
Green onions; finely chopped
Salt; to taste
Lots of freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¾ lb. cooked spaghetti
or fetuccini

1 Melt butter in a large frying pan, add lemon zest, garlic, red pepper flakes and oregano, and cook 2 minutes.
2 Add shrimp and sauté until opaque, about 4 minutes.
4 Add parsley and fresh basil, green onions, salt, and pepper, and cook for a further 1 minute.
5 Stir in lemon juice and cook another minute, then toss with hot pasta and Parmesan cheese,
and serve at once with another sprinkle of Parmesan on top
