Crab Epicurian
2 Add crab meat, bread crumbs, chives and seasonings.
3 Combine cream and egg yolk. Stir into crab-meat mixture.
4 Turn into crab shells, ramekins or scallop shells.
5 Top with buttered crumbs and a dash of paprika.
6 Bake in a moderate oven (375 degrees) 20-25 minutes or until browned.
Makes about 4 servings.
