1 cup cilantro, chopped
½ medium onions, chopped

1 jalapeno
1 tablespoonful (15ml) ginger, grated
½ teaspoonful (2.5ml) tumeric
½ teaspoonful (2.5ml) cumin
½ teaspoonful (2.5ml) coriander
3 tablespoonful (15ml)
extra virgin olive oil

Blend the garlic, onion, green onions, jalapeno, ginger, tumeric, cumin, ground coriander, and cilantro until the mixture is well chopped and mixed. Add the eggs and mix again
Heat the oil in a skillet then pour in the mixture.
Cook until the bottom is lightly cooked, flip it and immediately crumble the feta on top
