Cilantro freezes well - just wash the leaves and freeze them whole. They retain their flavour - but not their firmness. Some people make a mush out of them and freeze them in ice cubes containers. I suppose that's ok but the consistency puts me off - a bit...well... mushy, I suppose. Where are you from, Zip?

Hi Jan, Great to hear you've had success with your herbs. You want to plant some rosemary too, they should grow alright in Canada.
