Chicken Thighs with onion and Marjoram

Take...

4 bone-in chicken thighs
1 teaspoon marjoram leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, finely sliced
salt to taste

then...

1 Season chicken with salt to taste.
2 Heat oil over medium high heat in skillet
3 Add chicken skin side down; cover and cook 5 minutes. Turn chicken; add onion and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes more
4 Add marjoram and cook for a further 5 minutes or until onion is soft and internal juices of chicken run clear.
Serves 4
