Artichokes in spicy vinaigrette

Take...

4 large artichokes
half a lemon
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoonful finely chopped oregano
1/2 teaspoonful ground cumin
1/2 teaspoonful ground coriander
a pinch of dried chilli powder
3 teaspoonfuls sherry vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil



then...

Prepare the artichokes

Combine the garlic, cumin, coriander, oregano chilli powder and olive oil in a food processor and mix the ingredient to an emulsion

Pour the vinaigrette over the artichokes and serve
