Rosemary potatoes

Take...

2 lb. new potatoes, scrubbed & quartered
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic,
2 tsp. crushed fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried rosemary,
2 tsp. crushed fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme,

then...

1 arrange the raw potatoes in a greased baking dish

2 Stir together the oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl.

3 Pour over potatoes; toss to coat.

4 Bake, uncovered, in a 450 degree oven about 25 minutes or until brown and tender.
