Sage Pesto

Take...

2 cups of loosely packed sage leaves
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoonfuls (30ml) lemon zest
2 tablespoonfuls (30ml) slivered almonds (or almond paste)
1 teaspoonful sugar (optional)

then...

Blend to form a paste and refrigerate.
